What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please inform us immediately so we can update it before dispatch. Items returned to us due to incorrect addressing may incur a resending or restocking fee. Please double-check your address during checkout.

What conditions are the shirts in?

All shirts are new old stock and are typically in excellent condition however there may occasionally be some minor marks from storage.

How should I care for my jersey?

To maintain the quality of your Player Issue retro jersey, hand wash or use the delicates setting on your washing machine. Avoid heavy machine washing, especially if your jersey has printed names or numbers.

What is the refund policy?

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are faulty, defective, or incorrect. Please contact our support for assistance with returns.

Can I exchange my item?

For exchanges, please email us at info@vintagefootball.shop. Exchanges are possible if the item is in new condition with original tags and packaging.

What are the letters on the shirts made from?

The letters are embroidered onto the shirt with an industrial heat press and will be made with impeccable attention to detail featuring the same font and color true to the era. If the jersey originally had the number printed on the front, we will also print this unless instructed otherwise. Since the shirts are Player issue, care should be taken when washing printed items by using the delicates program in your washing machine, or preferrably by hand as the namesets become delicate overtime.

What is the returns address?

Please contact us at our support email before sending any returns, as the correct returns address can vary by country. 

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Generally, all taxes and fees are included in the price of your order. However, in rare instances, you might be required to pay a customs fee upon delivery, which Vintage Football Shop cannot reimburse.
